It is important to know that the dice are not loaded, meaning the number we want will not come up. Instead, they work through elimination, which means the number we desire will never come up.

So, for example, if we want to force an envelope with the number five, the spectator will roll the die as many times as they want and eliminate the envelopes with the numbers that come up on the die. Of course, the number five will never come up, making it the "chosen" one.
