This website has been made with the desire to provide our customers with the selection of the products we distribute. If you do not find what you need, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can make an adequate offer. Remember that we are a warehouse and that the mission of this website is basically informative, we can not respond to changes that the manufacturer in his legitimate right may introduce in the prices or specifications.

Any verbal or written request is accepted in good faith and will be considered firm. No special offer that has not been confirmed in writing will be considered.
The prices indicated on this website and in our estimates, are always valid at the time of their update, without implying any commitment on our part to apply them if they suffer alterations.
Confirm prices when placing your order or request a previous quote. The special discounts applied to an offer of a group of products are only for that operation.
It is always understood that the prices offered are with the materials placed in our warehouse. The customer can choose to pick them up, or take advantage of one of the shipping systems offered in the shipping section.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
Shipments of products will be made with their own packaging.
Any special packaging requested will be charged in invoice.
Unless stated otherwise, shipments to the peninsula except Portugal, will be made by standard carriage to PAID CARRIAGE with a shipping charge whose amount will be reflected at the end of the total amount of the order and which you can check before confirming it, except for products that do not exceed the ratio of 5 Kg per cubic meter in volume that will have a surcharge depending on the shipment. Claims for damages, loss or delays in transport, must be made by the recipient before the transport agency. WAY TO PAY

The products that we distribute are sold under the guarantee conditions given by the manufacturer or importer.
We are not responsible or obligated to anything that is not agreed in writing. In the manipulations involving material owned by the client, we will not assume responsibility for its non-use during the process, nor in the event that the final product becomes unusable. We will not attend any warranty or product claim if it is not accompanied by your corresponding invoice.
We will not attend it either when it is detected that it has been manipulated by someone outside our company or the one legally authorized by the brand. The power to decide the substitution or repair of a product without charge in the guarantee period, is exclusive of the official technical service of the brand, the product must be free of expenses in the technical service workshop. We can not offer any warranty on spare parts that are not assembled by the authorized technical service.
Any claim will be answered only if it is made within eight calendar days of the delivery of the genre.
We will not accept any change or refund on consumable products that have been unsealed.
