New and improved version with water taps in updated material!
This updated version of the pom-pom trick introduces an exciting innovation: water taps and modern material!
The classic pom-pom trick has been a key element in many magic routines due to its effectiveness and ability to entertain the audience.
Now, this old idea has been revived and technically improved, with a unique twist that immediately grabs attention: the "Pompom Water" takes the form of a pipe equipped with taps at each end and rubber plugs for drainage.
In summary, the effect is as follows:
One end of the pipe has a short cord with a sink plug at the bottom.
At the other end, there is a long cord, also with a rubber plug.
When the long cord is pulled upwards, the rubber plug at its end follows the movement upward, demonstrating that the two cords are connected.
However, when the short cord is pulled, it lengthens while the other end shortens, confusing the spectators about the connection between the plugs.
This confusion intensifies when, pulling the short cord, the plug from the long cord moves with it, seemingly connected transversely.
The magician continues to develop this plot until the spectators are completely bewildered.
At the end, the pipe is separated to demonstrate that there is no connection between the cords or the rubber plugs.
If the audience wants more, the magician can reconnect the two halves of the pipe and start over.
This idea has its roots in the work of the late English magician Terry Seabrooke, who originally thought of incorporating water taps into Chinese sticks.
Although that idea presented challenges, Boretti successfully adapted it to create the "Pompom Prayer Stick," which works perfectly with this innovative enhancement.
